  • Absolutely. If you're new to Pilates or not sure where to start, we recommend beginning with our Signature or Restore classes, or booking a private session to get comfortable with the equipment at your own pace. Our Sculpt, Burn, and 30 classes are considered intermediate to advanced; we suggest taking 3-5 Signature classes or private sessions first to help you feel strong, safe, and confident.

  • Arrive about 10 minutes early to settle into the space before class begins. For the safety and rhythm of the session, we’re unable to allow late entry once class has started. Wear comfortable, close-fitting clothing that supports ease of movement and awareness of form. Grip socks are required for both stability and comfort.

    Bottled water is available for purchase in the studio.

  • We ask that you cancel at least 12 hours in advance for group classes and 24 hours in advance for private or semi-private sessions. This helps us honor everyone’s time, including yours.

    Fill out a brief, 2-minute chat-based consultation with a licensed provider. If eligible, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity in under two hours.
